Medical Resources

If you have an medical emergency and don't have access to any resources, dial 911 and paramedic based services will be provided.

During racing, Dr. Robert Olson, Balboa Yacht Club's Fleet Surgeon, will be on the water to render first aid and, if necessary to direct further critical care.  Dr. Olson's boat will be flying a Red Cross  flag, or similar.

While on club premises, visitors should either contact 911 or, if less urgent, contact the front office staff for first aid treatment or for assistance in arranging transportation to to higher levels of medical resources.
